James Porter, the owner of PorterHouse Contracting LLC, has 20+ years of restoration and contracting work. He started his career as a technician who wanted to learn more about the business. Having a strong work ethic and a background in management, he expanded to managing and growing a variety of divisions with three industry-leading companies before starting his own business. PorterHouse Contracting LLC is licensed, certified, insured, and bonded, and was established in June of 2021.

James has a passion for customer service and making sure his customers are satisfied with the work he and his crew provide. The staff at PorterHouse Contracting LLC are friendly, honest, reliable, hardworking, and knowledgeable, and are experts at dealing with the insurance claims that come up as part of their remediation and restoration services.

James grew up in Arcadia, Indiana, and has been a Noblesville resident since 2003, when he purchased his first home. James married his high school sweetheart, Kristi, and they have two kids and two dogs. In his downtime, he likes to watch his daughter play violin and soccer and watch his son play lacrosse and football. He loves to play golf and ski, and he and his family love to take vacations to Michigan in the summer and winter months.

James and Kristi believe in what they do and their customers are their priorities. PorterHouse Contracting is in the business of making dreams come true, whether it be a dream bathroom or kitchen, or fixing a leak and the aftermath they leave behind. Their client’s good health is also very important to them, so clearing up a mold problem is vital.

The PorterHouse crew is adaptable to any situation, patient and friendly, and always professional. James and Kristi also make sure their services are affordable, no matter what service is being provided.
